Let’s look into the symbolism.

As I write this blog post, this is simply to offer inspiration and insight into dream symbolism – how we get empowering guidance and have choices in life. It is a very general explanation regarding the dream symbolism.

So here goes…

Dream:
On an island, there was a storm warning in effect. Anyone living in a high rise building must come down to the ground floor. The storm was a “Tsunami” approaching. I came down to the ground floor, walked over the shore line. There were so many people standing there and watching. The sky was stormy, (not clear day) and clouds were moving in and out. Not too many waves in the ocean water. In a distance (within eyesight)……. a huge Tsunami was fast approaching. You could see it building momentum. No one was emotional or fearful about it. There was silence.

Suddenly there was another storm that broke off from it – a Hurricane twister went to the left. It was white and cloud-like, the size was small, but very rapidly forming a swirling mass. Now viewing that, everyone started to anxious… because it was totally unexpected and happened in front of everyone. Everyone began to move quickly and follow the outlined required guidelines.

There was more to the dream but this was the main symbolism.

In Reality, Tsunami occur after an earthquake or some concentrated shake up happens, (a shift in the tectonic plates) there by pushing the ground and water up. Which then in turn creates an enormous wave and usually a lot of destruction unfolds.

Since Water symbolism is involved; it links to the emotions, feelings, unconscious and emotional body both individually and collectively as well as on the planet (waterways).

Dream symbolism Tsunami represents, something very BIG or gigantic occurring. There may be a feeling of overwhelm, or feeling of loss of control by the ego and mind. A force beyond the grasp of the personality – rather the energy or experience(s) will be larger in magnitude than the personal will. This huge wave brings change in its wake. From chaos to new order.

Hurricane symbolism is a mixture of air or mental realm/thoughts mixing with water emotions or feelings generating a storm. Similarly, sweeping changes moving through life experiences or within one’s consciousness on any given level.

Quick and general approach to symbolism within this dream regarding:
Hi-Rise Apartments or Living Location to Ground Floor, it is shifting your awareness from being in the ’sky or air’ to being grounded in the here and now. Earthy, solid, feet on the ground approach to addressing whatever will ‘rise up.’

I know, I know.. people think of overwhelming energy or wave and go into panic mode. What about other possibilities?

What new perspective could you view this from?
What if this represented a HUGE Wave of Spiritual Bliss or Energy which stimulates feeling blissful and overwhelmed? What if you felt a gigantic wave of happiness or peace? What if its an enormous wave of creative energy? Any of this certainly possible.

General overview
The dream felt like….. a soon to be (or fast approaching) Wave of Energy in Collective (mass) consciousness. This may manifest as actual weather pattern, but I’m not totally focused on that. This “Wave” of energy is enormous. Nothing to fear, we (those who are attuned or tuned in) know on a deeper spiritual level…. its approaching. From chaos births a new order. The shake up of the set or limiting emotional or mental patterns allows for fresh energy to enter.

Yet there is something unexpected happening suddenly in relation or connection to it which may stir up a bit of chaos or anxiety in the collective consciousness. Breakthroughs are possible.

Remember the “unexpected” forming storm – something out of the blue or least expected is possible. This could trigger a bit of chaos, yet observe it to see what manifests rather than leaping into fear-mode.
