Initial Private meditation class with Dipali is about 90minutes long, although duration may be longer depending on the individual’s needs. The second class will be approximately 1 hour long.
During a pre-consult, She will begin with a quick conversation with the Client to determine what the individual’s needs are. The Private meditation class can be set with the Intention around a single theme, such as peace, health, self-love etc.
Dipali suggests minimum of 3 Private classes will assist you in creating a new foundation this new habit and practice. It may vary per individual while some may need more than the amount suggested or you may practice on your own after the suggested amount and then book a Private class when needed as a way to stay on course. You and Dipali can review this at the time of the Class.
You may choose to book ongoing Private Meditation Classes beginning with the first three up to any amount you would like.
